Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, it may take a little longer.
Tracking: A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate.
International Orders: For orders within the EU, prices include VAT. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damaged/Lost Packages: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos if you receive a damaged item. For lost packages, contact us after checking with neighbors and the local post office.
