At Naoli Studio, we aim to make every order arrive smoothly and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and support.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods (such as holidays or special launches), processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.


Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


International Shipping & Duties

European Union: All prices include VAT. No additional customs duties will be charged.

Outside the EU: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

If a package is lost in transit, we recommend first checking with neighbors and your local delivery service. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
