Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high volume.
Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, which will allow you to monitor its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update.
International Shipping For all orders shipped within the European Union, the prices shown include VAT, and you will not be charged any additional customs duties. For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Shipping Restrictions For the security of your order, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives with damaged items, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. If your package is lost in transit, please first check with your neighbors and local post office. If it is confirmed lost, we will initiate a claim and offer a full refund or a replacement.
